Practical application of competences profiles in business, public institution, and administrative centre.

CONTENT

I would like to give three examples of application competence’s profiles in three different organizations: company, public institution and administrative centre. I will describe the context of each application and different needs which have organizations deciding on competence’s profile. I will show the structure and content of each profile. I will tell the audience about using profiles in practice in these three cases.
